Plastic Injection Moulding

Is the process by which plastic granules are melted and injected into a mould at very high pressures. Many very complex and high tolerance parts can be made by this process.

We have built an excellent reputation for solving problems with existing tooling and mouldings. We have gained a lot of loyal long term customers because we have solved problems they were having with their existing plastic moulding suppliers.

At DP we can take any project through from early conceptual stages, through to mass production. We work closely with a number of UK and Chinese toolmakers to accomodate all new projects.
